Charles A. Peralo, M.D.

Charles Peralo, M.D. received his Bachelors of Arts degree at New York University and then attended the New York Medical College at Valhalla. There he completed his degree as Doctor of Medicine. He was a General Surgery Intern at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center and completed an Orthopaedic Surgery Residency through St. Vincent’s and New York Medical College.

Dr. Peralo is Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery. He has extensive experience in surgical pain management including the implantation of spinal cord stimulating devices and pain pumps.

Dr. Peralo is a member of the American Medical Association, the Medical Society of the State of New York and the Medical Society of the County of Sullivan. He is a Police Surgeon for the Monticello PBA.
